Situada en el DISTRITO 4-PIEDADES NORTE, CANTÓN 2-SAN RAMON, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE 3-101-604649 S.A. Y MAYNOR VÁSQUEZ VÁSQUEZ; al SUR SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO CON UN FRENTE A ELLA DE 7,95 METROS LINEALES DE FRENTE EN MEDIO DE JORGE VALVERDE MOYA; al ESTE 3-101-604649 S.A. Y MAYNOR VÁSQUEZ VÁSQUEZ y al OESTE CRISTIAN ARCE SEAS Y YOHANA ARAYA JIMÉNEZ. MIDE: CIENTO NOVENTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS.
