En este Despacho, Con una base de CIENTO UN MIL NOVECIENTOS CUARENTA Y NUEVE DÓLARES CON SESENTA Y SEIS CENTAVOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número 141534-F, derecho 000, la cual es terreno FINCA FILIAL G UNO QUE ES FINCA FILIAL G UNO DESTINADA A USO HABITACIONAL DE UNA PLANTA EN PROCESO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN.- Situada en el distrito 5PIEDADES, cantón 9-SANTA ANA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ.- COLINDA: al NORTE FINCA FILIAL G DOS; al SUR PARQUEOS; al ESTE ÁREA COMÚN y al OESTE ZONA VERDE.- MIDE: CIENTO VEINTITRÉS METROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: SJ-1847044-2015. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas treinta minutos del dieciocho de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
