Situada en el DISTRITO 5-PIEDADES, CANTÓN 9-SANTA ANA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE EN MEDIO PEDRO UMAÑA Y OTROS; al SUR CALLE EN MEDIO RAFAEL SOLIS; al ESTE JOAQUIN BARRANTES Y OTROS y al OESTE PASTOR UMAÑA Y LORENZO CASTRO. MIDE: DIECISIETE MIL CUATROCIENTOS SETENTA Y DOS METROS CON CUARENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del diecisiete de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
