Situada en el DISTRITO 9-PAVAS, CANTÓN 1-SAN JOSE, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR MARIA DELGADO Y OTRO; al ESTE RODRIGO SUAREZ y al OESTE URBANIZADORA ROHRMOSER. MIDE: SETECIENTOS VEINTISIETE METROS CON VEINTICUATRO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas veinte minutos del quince de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
