Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PARRITA, CANTÓN 9-PARRITA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-200; al SUR SERVIDUMBRE AGRÍCOLA CON 43.05 METROS; al ESTE LOTE-76 y al OESTE LOTE-78. MIDE: CINCO MIL METROS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cero minutos del trece de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
