Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PARRITA, CANTÓN 09 PARRITA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 15-D; al SUR LOTE 13-D; al ESTE COOPECALIFORNIA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: CIENTO CINCUENTA Y SIETE METROS CON OCHENTA Y NUEVE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del nueve de diciembre de dos mil veintiséis.
