Situada en el DISTRITO PARRITA, CANTÓN PARRITA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE 60901012897900; al SUR 60901012897900; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA. y al OESTE 60901012897900. MIDE: NOVECIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del veintiocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
