En este Despacho, con una base de OCHO MILLONES TRESCIENTOS MIL COLONES (¢8,300,000.00), sáquese a remate el inmueble del partido de Cartago matricula folio real 252361 derecho 000, naturaleza: TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR, situada EN EL DISTRITO 01-PARAISO CANTÓN 02-PARAISO DE LA PROVINCIA DE CARTAGO; colinda al NORTE: JEANNETTE MORERA JIMENEZ; al SUR: JORGE ALBERTO BRENES BRENES; ESTE: MIRIAM MORERA JIMENEZ, ANA MARIA, ZEIDY PATRICIA Y YAMILETH TODAS ASTUA MORERA y al OESTE: CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 15.30 METROS, MIDEN SEGÚN INFORMACIÓN REGISTRAL: DOSCIENTOS CINCO METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
