Situada en el DISTRITO PAQUERA, CANTÓN PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE ROCIO BELOSO; al SUR FRANCISCO Y MARIA YINETTE NARANJO SOTO Y FABIO ZÚÑIGA MORALES; al ESTE ROCIO BELOSO y al OESTE CALLE PÚBLICA. MIDE: CIENTO TRES MIL QUINIENTOS VEINTISIETE METROS CON OCHENTA Y CINCO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del diecinueve de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
