LOTE 35396. Situada en el DISTRITO 2-PALMAR, CANTÓN 5-OSA DE LA PROVINCIA DE PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE MARITZA PICADO ELIZONDO; al SUR CARRETERA INTERAMERICANA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE ULISES ALFARO HERNÁNDEZ. MIDE: NOVECIENTOS CUARENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON SESENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-0838108-2003 METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del veinticuatro de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
