Situada en el DISTRITO 2-PALMAR, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de Puntarenas. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR COMPAÑIA BANANERA DE COSTA RICA S.A.; al ESTE EDIN JIMENEZ FERRETO y al OESTE RAFAEL QUIROS RODRIGUEZ. MIDE: SEIS MIL TRESCIENTOS DIEZ METROS CON VEINTE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-0032399-1992. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del dieciocho de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
