Situada en el DISTRITO 2-PALMAR, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA. COLINDA: al NORTE CARRETERA INTERAMERICANA SUR CON 23,70 METROS DE FRENTE; al SUR SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO; al ESTE CARLOTA PROESH y al OESTE SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS CUARENTA Y TRES METROS CON CUARENTA Y SIETE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO:P-0595817-1985 METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del veintinueve de septiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
