Situada en el DISTRITO OROTINA, CANTÓN OROTINA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE ALVARO NUÑEZ; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON 14.98 METROS Y MARIA CRISTINA RAMOS CARBALLO; al ESTE JOSE JOAQUIN CUBERO MOSCOSO Y MARIA CRISTINA RAMOS CARBALLO y al OESTE ALVARO NUÑEZ. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y DOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del catorce de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
