Situada en el DISTRITO 1-OROTINA, CANTÓN 9-OROTINA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PRIVADA DEL CONDOMINIO; al SUR FILIAL CIENTO ONCE; al ESTE CALLE PRIVADA DEL CONDOMINIO y al OESTE CALLE PRIVADA DEL CONDOMINIO Y AREA COMUN AMBAS EN PARTE.
