Situada en el DISTRITO 1-Orotina, CANTÓN 9- Orotina, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE Trino Alvarado Solano; al SUR Soledad Castro Esquivel y Lotes de Inversiones Comerciales de Costa Rica S.A.; al ESTE Anibal Alvarado y al OESTE Soledad Castro. MIDE: tres mil doscientos ochenta metros con cuarenta y nueve decímetros cuadrados. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del veinticuatro de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
