Situada en el DISTRITO 1-MIRAMAR, CANTÓN 4-MONTES DE ORO, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO CON 25 METROS; al SUR BERNARDO MÉNDEZ CRUZ; al ESTE LEONARDO ÁLVAREZ CÓRDOBA y al OESTE BERNARDO MÉNDEZ CRUZ. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del doce de octubre de dos mil veintiséis. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las ocho horas cero minutos del veinte de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de TRES MILLONES QUINIENTOS VEINTICINCO MIL COLONES EXACTOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del veintiocho de octubre de dos mil veintiséis con la base de UN MILLÓN CIENTO SETENTA Y CINCO MIL COLONES EXACTOS (25% de la base original).
