Situada en el DISTRITO 2-MERCEDES SUR, CANTÓN 4-PURISCAL, de la provincia de San José. COLINDA: al NORTE ANTONIO GUZMÁN MESÉN; al SUR CALLE PÚBLICA; al ESTE GRACE HERRERA FERNÁNDEZ y al OESTE ROSARIO FERNÁNDEZ MARIN. MIDE: doscientos ocho METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas diez minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
