Situada en el DISTRITO 2-MERCEDES, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 8M; al SUR LINEA FERREA CON 8M; al ESTE ZUMBO S.A. y al OESTE ADRIAN GAMBOA. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y NUEVE METROS CON CINCUENTA Y SEIS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cero minutos del cuatro de mayo de dos mil veintisiete.
