Situada en el DISTRITO 2-MERCEDES, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA EN MEDIO URBANIZACIONES JARQUESA S.A.; al SUR HERMINIA COTO MASIS; al ESTE ANA ISABEL CHAVES GUTIERREZ y al OESTE FLOR DE MARIA CHAVARRIA MADRIGAL. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS SEIS METROS CON CUARENTA Y OCHO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del veinticinco de mayo de dos mil veintisiete.
