Situada en el DISTRITO 3-MERCEDES, CANTÓN 5-ATENAS, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.- COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBICA CON FRENTE DE 8,60 METROS; al SUR JOHEL ARTAVIA GONZALEZ; al ESTE JORGE DELGADO ARTAVIA y al OESTE ROSA MARIA VILLEGAS MORERA.- MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y CINCO METROS CON TREINTA Y UN DECIMETROS CUADRADOS.
