Situada en el DISTRITO MATINA, CANTÓN MATINA, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE ORLANDO ÁLVAREZ ÁLVAREZ; al SUR EMERITA CHAMORRO CAMACHO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE ANDY CHAMORRO CAMACHO. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y UN METROS CON VEINTIÚN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las 9:30 del 15/10/2026.
