En este Despacho, con una base de ¢28.589.000,00, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero con RESERVAS Y RESTRICCIONES CITAS: 402-14042-01-0814-002, CITAS: 402-14042-01-0840-002 CONDICIONES; sáquese a remate la finca situada en la provincia Limón, matrícula 58906-000, la cual es terreno PARA LA VIVIENDA LOTE 575-1. Situada en el DISTRITO MATAMA, CANTÓN LIMÓN, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE I.D.A.; al SUR MANUELA GONZÁLEZ; al ESTE JOSÉ MUÑOZ y al OESTE CARLOS ULLOA. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE METROS CON CUARENTA Y CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las 09:30 del 9-11-2026.
