Situada en el DISTRITO 8-MATA REDONDA, CANTÓN 1-SAN JOSE, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE DUCTO DE VENTILACIÓN; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE FINCA FILIAL 2 y al OESTE URBANIZADORA ROHRMOSER S.A. MIDE: OCHENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON DIECIOCHO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del siete de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
