Situada en el DISTRITO 03 MACACONA, CANTÓN 02 ESPARZA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE UNO; al SUR LOTE TRES; al ESTE LOTE SIETE y al OESTE CALLE GRAN GUAYACAN. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS METROS CON CERO DECÍMETROS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del veintitrés de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
