COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 10-B; al SUR LOTE 8-B; al ESTE DELFINA ARGUEDAS VARGAS y al OESTE CALLE PRIMERA CON 6M DE FRENTE. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas diez minutos del once de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
