Situada en el DISTRITO LIMÓN, CANTÓN LIMÓN, de la provincia de LIMÓN. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 8 METROS; al SUR RESTO DE PROYECTOS TAPANLU S.A.; al ESTE LOTE A-4 y al OESTE LOTE A-6. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CON SESENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: L-0082401-1992.
