Situada en el DISTRITO 01 LIMON, CANTÓN 01 LIMON, de la provincia de LIMON. COLINDA: al NORTE INVU; al SUR AVENIDA LAUREL; al ESTE INVU y al OESTE INVU. MIDE: CIENTO DIECIOCHO METROS CON OCHENTA Y CUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: L-0285131-1995. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del dieciséis de setiembre del año dos mil veintiséis.
