En este Despacho, Con una base de ONCE MILLONES SEISCIENTOS CUARENTA Y TRES MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y DOS COLONES CON DIECIOCHO CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Limon, matrícula número ciento tres mil trescientos cuarenta y cinco, derecho CERO CERO CERO, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR.- Situada en el DISTRITO LIMON, CANTÓN LIMON, de la provincia de Limon.- COLINDA: al NORTE INVU; al SUR SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO Y GRETTEL LORENA ARIAS FERNANDEZ; al ESTE INVU y al OESTE GRETTEL LORENA ARIAS FERNANDEZ.- MIDE: DOSCIENTOS SETENTA Y NUEVE METROS CON SETENTA Y CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
