En este Despacho, Con una base de TRECE MILLONES TRESCIENTOS MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando RESERVAS Y RESTRICCIONES CITAS: 360-17524-01-0875-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de LIMON, matrícula número treinta y tres mil novecientos cincuenta y siete, derecho CERO CERO UNO, la cual es terreno. Situada en el DISTRITO, CANTÓN, de la provincia de LIMON. COLINDA: al NORTE; al SUR; al ESTE y al OESTE. MIDE: METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del diez de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
