En este Despacho, con una base de ¢7.636.357,85, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de LIMÓN- 22038-000, derecho, la cual es terreno INCULTO CON 1 CASA FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA.- Situada en el DISTRITO LIMÓN, CANTÓN LIMÓN, de la provincia de LIMÓN.- COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 430; al SUR ALAMEDA DE PASO; al ESTE LOTE 432 y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA.- MIDE: CIENTO CUATRO METROS CON SETENTA Y NUEVE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las 8.30 del 05/01/2027. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las 8.30 del 13/01/2027 con la base de ¢5.727.268,39 (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las 8.30 del 21/01/2027 con la base de ¢1.909.089,46 (25% de la base original).
