En este Despacho, Con una base de DIECISIETE MILLONES CUARENTA Y CINCO MIL SEISCIENTOS OCHENTA Y NUEVE COLONES CON VEINTITRÉS CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de GUANACASTE, matrícula número 254411-000, la cual es terreno DE REPASTOS.- Situada en el DISTRITO 1-LIBERIA, CANTÓN 1LIBERIA, de la provincia de GUANACASTE.- COLINDA: al NORTE RESTO DE FINCA MADRE; al SUR FINCA MADRE; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE RESTO DE FINCA MADRE.- MIDE: SETECIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: G-0067932-2022, IDENTIFICADOR PREDIAL: 501010254411. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
