En este Despacho, Con una base de CUATRO MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando HIPOTECA CITAS: 2010-100286-01-0001-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número setenta y nueve mil ciento ochenta y dos, derecho 000, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR CON UNA CASA DE HABITACIÓN. Situada en el DISTRITO 4-LEPANTO, CANTÓN 1-PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE RAMON CESPEDES; al SUR RAMON CESPEDES; al ESTE RAMON CESPEDES y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS NOVENTA Y TRES METROS CON NOVENTA Y CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del diez de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
