Situada en el DISTRITO 3-LAS HORQUETAS, CANTÓN 10-SARAPIQUI, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE PARCELA 41; al SUR ALBIN ALVARADO CHAVARRÍA; al ESTE PARCELA 45 Y 58-A y al OESTE CALLE PÚBLICA. MIDE: TREINTA Y DOS MIL TRES METROS CON ONCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del veinticuatro de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
