Situada en el DISTRITO 3-LAS HORQUETAS, CANTÓN 10-SARAPIQUI, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE RESTO DE ASOGRO J&C S.A.; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON 16.16 METROS DE FRENTE; al ESTE RESTO DE ASOGRO J&C S.A. y al OESTE RESTO DE ASOGRO J&C S.A. MIDE: MIL METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas cero minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
