En este Despacho, Con una base de OCHO MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS OCHENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de Heredia, matrícula número doscientos siete mil trescientos treinta y cuatro, derecho 000, la cual es terreno TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO LAS HORQUETAS, CANTÓN SARAPIQUI, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE CLAUDIO ROJAS CHACON; al SUR AGROINDUSTRIAL VISTA VERDE DEL NORTE S.A.; al ESTE CLAUDIO ROJAS CHACON y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: MIL QUINIENTOS VEINTIDOS METROS CON CINCUENTA DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del treinta de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
