En este Despacho, Con una base de CUARENTA Y CINCO MILLONES NOVECIENTOS CINCUENTA Y DOS MIL QUINIENTOS NOVENTA Y CINCO COLONES CON SESENTA Y CUATRO CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número cincuenta y cuatro mil setecientos setenta y tres, derecho 000, la cual es terreno DE REPASTOS Y BOSQUES LOTE 54.- Situada en el DISTRITO LAGUNILLAS, CANTÓN GARABITO, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS.- COLINDA: al NORTE RÍO CUARROS; al SUR LOTE 55; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA Y LOTE 53 y al OESTE LOTE 55 Y RÍO JESÚS MARIA.- MIDE: CINCUENTA Y SIETE MIL QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y DOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del veinticinco de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
