Situada en el DISTRITO La Virgen, CANTÓN Sarapiquí, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE Granja once; al SUR Granja trece; al ESTE Calle pública e IDA y al OESTE parcela sesenta y cuatro. MIDE: mide mil setenta y un metros cuadrados. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del veinticuatro de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
