Situada en el DISTRITO 2-LA UNIÓN, CANTÓN 4-MONTES DE ORO, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE RESTO DE FINCA DE JACQUELINE, JOSELYN Y ZUNDRY; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA Y ANTONIO SALAS LEITON; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA AÉREA y al OESTE RESTO DE FINCA DE JACQUELINE, JOSELYN Y ZUNDRY. MIDE: CUATRO MIL SETECIENTOS NOVENTA Y OCHO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del diecisiete de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
