En este Despacho, Con una base de DOS MILLONES SEISCIENTOS TREINTA MIL CUARENTA Y SEIS COLONES CON OCHENTA Y SEIS CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número ciento veintinueve mil ciento setenta y nueve, derecho 001 y 002, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR LOTE-4. Situada en el DISTRITO 2-LA CUESTA, CANTÓN 10-CORREDORES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE I.D.A.; al SUR JULIO CESAR GOMEZ GOMEZ; al ESTE LOTE-5 y al OESTE LOTE-4. MIDE: OCHOCIENTOS CUARENTA METROS CON SETENTA Y OCHO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-0017117-1991. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del dieciséis de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
