En este Despacho, para realizar el primer remate se señala a las DIEZ HORAS CERO MINUTOS DEL QUINCE DE ENERO DEL DOS MIL VEINTISIETE, de no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las DIEZ HORAS CERO MINUTOS DEL VEINTICINCO DE ENERO DEL DOS MIL VEINTISIETE, para todas las fincas y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las DIEZ HORAS CERO MINUTOS DEL DOS DE FEBRERO DEL DOS MIL VEINTISIETE, para todas las fincas. Se lleva a cabo el remate de las siguientes fincas: Para la FINCA N° 100: Del partido de Puntarenas, matricula número 188132 derecho 000, con una base de UN MILLÓN NOVECIENTOS CUATRO MIL SETECIENTOS CUARENTA Y CINCO COLONES CON OCHENTA Y OCHO CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 306-03072-01-0005-001; la cual es terreno para construir lote 39, situada en el distrito 2 la cuesta, cantón 10 corredores, de la provincia de Puntarenas, colinda al norte: Asesoría Industrial y Comercial S.A., al sur: Calle Pública, al este: Asesoría Industrial y Comercio S.A. y al oeste: Asesoría Industrial y Comercio S.A., mide: cuatrocientos cuarenta y cinco metros cuadrados, Plano: P-1547304-2011. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará con la base de UN MILLÓN CUATROCIENTOS VEINTIOCHO MIL QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y NUEVE COLONES CON CUARENTA Y UN CÉNTIMOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate con la base de CUATROCIENTOS SETENTA Y SEIS MIL CIENTO OCHENTA Y SEIS COLONES CON CUARENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS (25% de la base original).
