De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará con la base de UN MILLÓN QUINIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO MIL NOVECIENTOS SETENTA Y SIETE COLONES CON VEINTISIETE CÉNTIMOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se con la base de QUINIENTOS TREINTA Y UN MIL SEISCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y NUEVE COLONES CON NUEVE CÉNTIMOS (25% de la base original).
