En este Despacho, con una base de TRES MILLONES CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número noventa y un mil quinientos cuarenta y tres, derecho cero cero cero, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR LOTE 4-A SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 2-LA CUESTA CANTON 10-CORREDORES DE LA PROVINCIA DE PUNTARENAS LINDEROS: NORTE: CALLE PUBLICA SUR: LOTE 11-A DE MARIA MERCEDES ARIAS CASTRO ESTE: LOTE 5-A DE EUNICE CUBILLO MORALES OESTE: LOTE 3-A MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA METROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-0873079-1991. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del dieciocho de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
