En este Despacho, para realizar el primer remate se señala a las DIEZ HORAS CERO MINUTOS DEL QUINCE DE ENERO DEL DOS MIL VEINTISIETE, de no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará a las DIEZ HORAS CERO MINUTOS DEL VEINTICINCO DE ENERO DEL DOS MIL VEINTISIETE, para todas las fincas y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se señalan las DIEZ HORAS CERO MINUTOS DEL DOS DE FEBRERO DEL DOS MIL VEINTISIETE, para todas las fincas. Se lleva a cabo el remate de las siguientes fincas: Para la FINCA N° 39: Del partido de Puntarenas, matrícula número 188344 derecho 000, con una base de UN MILLÓN QUINIENTOS CUARENTA Y CUATRO MIL TRESCIENTOS CUARENTA Y DOS COLONES CON VEINTIOCHO CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando servidumbre trasladada citas: 306-03072-01-0005-001, la cual es terreno naturaleza: terreno para construir lote 33, situada en el distrito 2 la cuesta, canton 10 corredores de la provincia de puntarenas, colinda: al norte con asesoría de industria y comercio s.a, al sur con asesoría de industria y comercio s.a. al este calle publica y al oeste con asesoría de industria y comercio s.a. mide: cuatrocientos cincuenta y un metros cuadrados plano: P-1547378-2011. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará con la base de UN MILLÓN CIENTO CINCUENTA Y OCHO MIL DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y SEIS COLONES CON SETENTA Y UN CÉNTIMOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se realizara con la base de TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y SEIS MIL OCHENTA Y CINCO COLONES CON CINCUENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS (25% de la base original).
