Situada en el DISTRITO 2-LA CUESTA, CANTÓN 10-CORREDORES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE ABNER ROMERO ARCIA y al OESTE ABNER ROMERO ARCIA. MIDE: DOS MIL SETECIENTOS OCHENTA Y SEIS METROS CON SESENTA Y DOS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-0226319-1994.
