De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará con la base de UN MILLÓN CIENTO OCHENTA Y SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS SEIS COLONES CON OCHENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se realizara con la base de TRESCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CINCO MIL QUINIENTOS DOS COLONES CON VEINTINUEVE CÉNTIMOS (25% de la base original).
