En este Despacho, con una base de SIETE MILLONES CIENTO CINCUENTA MIL COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de GUANACASTE, matrícula número cincuenta y un mil setecientos setenta y nueve, derecho cero cero cero, la cual es NATURALEZA: TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 1-LA CRUZ CANTON 10-LA CRUZ DE LA PROVINCIA DE GUANACASTE FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA LINDEROS: NORTE: HECTOR GUTIERREZ; SUR: GUILLERMO RIVERA; ESTE: HECTOR GUTIERREZ; OESTE: CALLE PUBLICA CON 10 METROS DE FRENTE MIDE: TRESCIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS PLANO: G-0493730-1983. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del doce de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
