Situada en el DISTRITO 1-JACO, CANTÓN 11-GARABITO, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CARLOS LUIS RODRÍGUEZ MADRIGAL; al SUR AREA DE ACERA; al ESTE FINCA FILIAL 5 y al OESTE ZONA VERDE. MIDE: CIENTO CUATRO METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta y cinco minutos del diecisiete de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
