En este Despacho, 1) Con una base de SEISCIENTOS MIL DÓLARES EXACTOS libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 406-07239-01-0911-001 y RESERVAS Y RESTRICCIONES CITAS: 406-07239-01-0912-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de PUNTARENAS, matrícula número 129811, derecho 000, la cual es terreno LOTE PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO 1-JACO, CANTÓN 11-GARABITO, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR BALCÓN MARINO SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: DOS MIL QUINIENTOS METROS CON VEINTIÚN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del trece de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
