En este despacho, con una base de CATORCE MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando servidumbre trasladada citas: 261-00955-01-0901-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de San José, matrícula número 165831, derecho 000, la cual es terreno CAFÉ.- Situada en el DISTRITO 5-IPIS, CANTÓN 8-GOICOECHEA, de la provincia de San José.- COLINDA: al NORTE RAFAEL ANGEL SOLANO BLANCO; al SUR RAFAEL ANGEL SOLANO BLANCO; al ESTE RAFAEL ANGEL SOLANO BLANCO y al OESTE CALLE CON 8M 360MM.- MIDE: CIENTO NOVENTA Y DOS METROS CON SESENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del veinticuatro de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
