Situada en el DISTRITO 05 IPIS, CANTÓN 08 GOICOECHEA, de la provincia de San José. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-26; al SUR LOTE-28; al ESTE JOSÉ JOAQUIN ACUÑA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 7,30 MTS. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTICINCO METROS CON TREINTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del diecinueve de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
